First time ordering and am very happy. Food temp was great. Pizza was lovely and fresh. Chocolate dough balls were nice . Driver was friendly . Definitely def recommend.

Made an error on my pizza when I ordered by one get one free. When I called the branch and spoke to the manager She explained where I made error and was kind enough to send out another pizza a big thank you to the manager for understanding. The Domino's app should not let you apply a promotional offer if you haven't ordered correctly.

Huge delay in getting food over what seemed to be a mix up over a garlic pizza bread. Wait time was 10 minutes over maximum suggested time when ordering online (tracker had said food was ready 15 minutes before my food was actually ready). Garlic pizza bread didn't have an event spread if toppings, but pizza was nice, if a little cold after sitting on the side for a while...

This is the best dominos branch in Birmingham. Staff are always so friendly and kind. If they make a mistake they quickly rectify it. I?ve been buying weekly from this branch for nearly 2 years now. Outstanding service. Outstanding manager with attention to detail for every customer. Highly Recommended to all

Used to love this dominos. Lately, it's been absolutely terrible.We ordered a pizza and paid for large dips on the side. When the pizza arrived, they sent a small dip so we called them to ask for the right ones. They said they'd deliver the dips in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, nothing arrived so we decided to start eating. As we took a bite we realized they had used the wrong sauce on both pizzas, so we tried to call them again (at least 25 times, no exaggeration). Nobody answered, the right dips never came. Complete waste of money and awful customer service.

Friend had an epileptic fit in this place and the workers couldn't care less. Its sad to see 0 empathy, not even asking if he is ok after convulsing on the floor. If there was anyone trained in first aid on shift they just chose to not help. Only person who offered to call an ambulance was another customer.Also, they burned the cookies

Have ordered a couple of times now from the cotteridge branch alls been good but last night things went astray BUT there customer service response was superb and more than I was expecting. So a SUPER SHOUT OUT to the cotteridge team and a very satisfied customer.
