I recently ordered a medium Veggie Volcano pizza but received a small size instead. Additionally, there were no dips included with my order, which was disappointing. I havent paid £17 for the small pizza
I?m quite dissatisfied with the service and would appreciate it if the store manager could contact me to address this issue

Ordered a gluten free pizza solid like a giant cookie half burnt paid £20 for a small gluten free pizza which was burnt and tasted like ritz cheddars not a great experience will not order again from here

PLEASE WE AWARE! If you have allergies or are vegetarian please note the staff do not change gloves after applying ingredients. Went into store to pick up a margarita pizza and asked if the member of staff had used the same glove as making the meat pizza. He replied he had and couldn't keep changing gloves as he was the only one working. I was shocked. How can you state a vegetarian pizza is vegetarian when you have used the same gloves for a meat pizza. He was more than happy to point out there is cross contamination and if I had any issued contact customer service. I left the pizza and walked out. Not to mention there were other members of staff there, so the place wasn't understaffed. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR.

Ordered a large pizza and a garlic bread when opened the pizza had large bubbles and looked under sauced and cooked! The garlic bread had 1 out of 4 slices which had cheese an sauce on there the rest was a bubble when calling in to complain didn?t have the decency to even say sorry for having to wait for another delivery to come instead was worried if i had ate the pizza appalling customer service and the food delivered to me was even more appalling considering it was almost £25
New food came and still the pizza had small bubbles and the garlic bread was decent this time but was overloaded with garlic sauce making it disgusting the driver was worried about the old food an insisted to hand it over first like i was going to run away from my own house.
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE LAST TIME I GIVE THEM A PENNY!!!

This place should be closed down because it's ripping off the customers ! Horrible culinary experience from this chain which is using very cheap products but the prices are very high .I will never order from this company again ! Waist of money !

Delivery is always great apart from them arriving early when you've chosen a time.Food is always great.Collection, well the service could definitely be better when going in. You can be waiting around at times.
