We was waiting for our order 1 hour and 25? at the end we cancelled it as when we called the store they kept telling us our order would be there soon and so 85 minutes passed. The customer service was terrible.

Ordered pizza from Dominoes Selly Oak for staff at QE hospital & service was excellent by Mariam she was very polite & gave us a good deal considering it was a very large order, would definitely order from there again

The absolute worst service by far all staff should be ashamed of themselves food was inedible I?ve ordered from here 3 times (2 by mistake) and every time it is sickening the rudeness of the staff and quality of food is by far the worst!

I placed an order for a pizza on 29/12/24 at 11:49 PM and received it at 12:35 AM, which was already quite late. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived cold. When I called to address the issue, the person I spoke to was rude and only offered a replacement as the sole option. This approach felt unprofessional and didn?t take into account my concerns as a customer.
As instructed, I?m now waiting for the driver to collect the pizza so I can receive my refund. The driver even mentioned that he was brought in from another store to help out, highlighting the staff shortage at this branch. This was frustrating to hear and reflected poorly on the management of the Selly Oak Domino?s store.
While I?ve always enjoyed Domino?s in the past, this experience was deeply disappointing. The lack of customer service, late delivery, and cold food make it unlikely that I?ll order from this location again. I hope this matter is resolved promptly, and I?d appreciate it if my refund could be processed without further delay.

what an experience. i ordered a large pizza, wedges and some fries. it took an hour and a half to arrive. i then opened the boxes up to find the wrong order so i call the store. i called them 10 times in total and the lady kept answering then cutting me off. they said they?d come and deliver the correct food. they never did. i called them again and again asking where my food is to then not getting answered on the phone. do NOT recommend here at all. the customer service is APPALLING. food was rank and cold as well even though we got the wrong order. no way to get a refund or write a formal complaint about this branch. literally never had an experience like this in my life.

Terrible Experience ? Cold Pizza and Awful Service!
Ordered a large pizza with a 10-15 minute waiting time. After 20 minutes, no one told me it was ready. I asked twice and, after another 10 minutes, an employee finally found my pizza ? which had been sitting there for 20 minutes. I waited 30 minutes total for a cold pizza when it was ready in 10. The store was almost empty and there were plenty of staff.

Ordered from the Selly Oak branch, a place I've ordered from many times before, and the website said payment unsuccessful despite the money comning out of my account.
A call to the local store was met by sniggering laughter and telling me about possible payment gateway issues.
Dominos HQ contacted aswell as my bank. Avoid.

Absolute shambles of a store and the lady on the phone was very rude.don?t bother ordering as your food will arrive cold and heaven forbid you try and get through to query. Better off elsewhere

I placed an order over the phone and then get asked how I am paying. When I said il come and pay cash the guy refused my order and said we not taking orders unless u pay by card or come in store and place order and then pay cash. This is a inconvenience and first I heard from dominos pizza. When asked when did this happen he said its our franchise policy. Absolutely ridiculous
