Would give zero stars if I could. If you want to spend £30 for the branch to mark your food as delivered when not even attempted, then hang up on you and cancel your calls, then try this joke excuse of a store. Customer service no help whatsoever and refusing to give a refund. Don?t risk it.

It's certainly quite an achievement turning someone's pizza into a homogenised blob. However, the person at the branch was quite helpful and receptive when I called to give some feedback. Even offered to make things right. Hope they can improve.

I have ordered from here quite a lot, I was really hungry and ready for my Xmas treat, I was half through my pizza when I saw a hair stuck within the packaging. My Doughballs which were a big part of the reason for making this order arrived burnt and inedible, the order was also wrong and the Registered trademark Oreo cookie crumb was missing. One of the cookies was smashed in half. The pizza seamed really salty too. Overall, a disappointing experience especially for a Christmas treat. When

Absolutely terrible. Could not find an address in the New Street area. Will not use this branch again.

Delivery time more than 40 minutes after advised. Store blamed the driver and the app rather than take responsibility.
Food arrived lukewarm, store said to sent it back to reheat it. So it wouldn?t even be fresh and probably take over an extra hour.
The outcome - offered a side of wedges on my next order.
Learn customer service and hire drivers and management that know how to deal with customers.

Pizza came fine but when I was eating the pizza there was a hair in the pizza as I took a bite then spat it out straight away.
It wasn't my hair because it was in the dough of the pizza so it was attached to it and dominos was never that good but I didn't expect to have a hair in it from one of the workers there.
Won't be ordering again and if any of you order from here, hope there isn't hair in your pizza

STAY AWAY. This is the first time I?ve been let down by dominos, and it was really disappointing. The food arrived cold and was not enjoyable at all. To make matters worse it was late and when I called to address the issue, I was met with a terrible attitude. I've never been treated so poorly. I ended up having to throw away £50 worth of food because of the unacceptable condition it was delivered in.

I would probably give less than one star if I have an option to do it. Pizza came with a long hair stuffed in it. Shops smaller than this have good hygiene. If I have an option to upload a video, I would probably upload a video of me plucking a long hair stuffed inside the pizza base. Please don?t order the pizza from this dominos.

You can normally see 1-2 inches of dough on the outer edge! More dough than toppings. Pepperoni is wafer thin and getting thinner if that?s possible. It?s the same at every domino pizza store.
