I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this Domino?s branch. I placed an order on March 15th, 2025, at 9:51 PM but realised immediately after paying that I had mistakenly selected the wrong store and delivery address. Within seconds, I called the store to cancel, yet they refused to issue a refund, falsely claiming that my order had already been made.
Considering I placed my order and called at the exact same time, it?s highly unlikely that my food had even started preparation, let alone been completed. Instead of processing a refund, the store only offered me store credit for that specific branch, which is completely useless to me. They also refused to provide any written confirmation of this.
This is dishonest, unfair, and terrible customer service. Mistakes happen, and I took immediate action to correct mine, yet Domino?s refused to act reasonably. I now have to dispute the charge through my bank instead of receiving the fair and simple resolution of a refund.
I would strongly advise against ordering from this location. If something goes wrong with your order, don?t expect any understanding or fair treatment?just excuses and refusal to help.
I will not be ordering from Domino?s again.

I travel past other dominoes in my area to come to this one as they are the only ones that are consistent. Great food

It's OK, it's an independent so was told they didn't accept vouchers or discounts (through my work app) so paid full price. You get what you get with pizza it's close to Pizza Hut (a few doors away), so when I went, it was trying to work out which one had the best deal at the time. The man was nice, but no interaction whilst we waited. It took about 15 minutes for our pizzas

Sorry to say, but the Service was extremely Poor. Went to place the Order, however the Girls (Staff) were busy talking amongst themselves, then I had to get their attention, in order to get Served! Upon purchasing their Cookie, which I was incredibly disappointed with the Quantity, in respect to the Price. 'Daylight Robbery ', which is how I felt.. Will I go there again. No. Not that Branch on Timberley Lane. Maybe at another Branch. 1st and worst experience at Domino's. Perhaps I'll try another Branch, who are more 'Customer Focused '.

Terrible service rude employees can?t even communicate properly refused to answer when j asked to speak to the manager and couldn?t get an order right for 2 margaritas and a pepperoni pizza. Manager categorising pizza as proper and non proper. Sign said pizza for 9.99 but charged 12 pound. Because of this our food is cold. NOT COMING HERE AGAIN!

Mediocre pizza at a premium price. Pizza was ok but doesn't justify the extra cost over other local independent pizza shops. Delivery was quick and everything was hot and well cooked.
