Me and my husband ate from here and it gave us food poisoning we called the staff and they wasn?t helpful and had explained how it?s nothing to do with them even tho we went to the doctor and they had said it?s food poisoning they leave the fries and and there unhygienic there staff are rude and there food it?s dirty

I came to dine in at Dixy Chicken today and had a fantastic experience! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor ? exactly what you want from a place like this. I ordered the spicy chicken burger meal and it was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of spice.

Tried to give Dixy Aston Lane yet another chance, and once again, they didn?t fail to totally disappoint. This will be the last time I order from here.
I ordered the Party Bucket and I got tasteless chicken, wings that weren?t even remotely spicy, and overcooked chicken bites. The gravy? Basically hot water. The sauces? Thin and watery - no effort. If you want something with laxative effect - dip the chicken into their sauce.
Worse still, the food arrived over an hour later. The slowest fast food I know, and only after I called to ask where it was. I live just TWO streets away. Pretty obvious they only bothered to send it out after I chased it up.
Really wanted to support a local place, but when the food is this poor and the service is even worse, what?s the point? Total waste of money. Plenty of other Dixy?s - definitely don?t choose this one.

Worst service ever. Their phones don?t even work and they take their sweet time with ur order. Been waiting for at least 40 minutes now when I selected priority. They took 40 minutes to make my order. Don?t order from here.

The customer service was exceptionally cordial and courteous. The food was of superior quality, devoid of excessive oil, and possessed a remarkable depth of flavor. It would be advantageous to implement a card payment system for added convenience.

So I went to my local dixys earlier today and ordered a pretty simple meal, which if I must add they didnt get right. It was a classic sizzler burger meal. I asked for extra lettuce and sauce and they gave me the sauce in a tub even though I asked them to add it in the burger? Furthermore, when I told the man who served me he got it wrong, he looked at me in disgust and told me to order another one, expecting me to pay for another meal. The next day, I went back and ordered a 20 wing bucket for my family. It all went well until I arrived home, and I realised there were 19 wings. Immediately, I rushed back to the dixys and asked for my singular wing, WHICH I must say they didn?t provide me with. Overall experience : average food but horrible customer service.Parking: Bad, no spaces, horrible.Kid-friendliness: The man who served me screamed at my child multiple times.
