Considering the previous reviews of this particular Dixy branch, I was very sceptical to eat from here. Given that it is a Dixys after all I bit the bullet and tried it out for the first time the other day as its very local to where i'm working currenlty, and it did not disappoint. I chose the £5 Pizza meal and everything was cooked perfect with just the fries being abit on the crispy side but other than this I could not fault it at all! and for the price its definitely value for money, they have a few cheaper deals on also for £3.

I just bought three meals but when I went home I found only two, I called 41 times but the line was busy I had to drive 2 miles back to them, when I told a Syrian guy I called and I showed him my phone he checked his phone and it was left on.but when I told the syrian guy that only two items are in the bag he said he is sure he put three.he was rude and doesn?t want to accept he has done a mistake. Anyway it was bad experience taking in mind this is not the first time I missed an item. Previously when I paid for supreme meal and I got the regular instead. I called immediately and the manager solved the problem in a professional way but this Syrian guy is something else I felt like a homeless begging for food.they lost a regular customer.

Food was awful. Ordered same MEAL twice and 2 different meals received within a week. Ordered a pitta and came on a WRAP!!! Felt sick while eating it so had to bin meal. Staff were rude! Extremly unhappy about this and would like a full refund. Staff informed me they would need to talk to a manager then when I asked to talk to the manager myself they then said he was not available. Told me if I have issue with app/website I should talk to people who made site not them. Also on app it states you get 10% off all collection/delivery but this was not the case. It does not state there is a minimum spend at all. Have screen shots as well to prove this

That was the worst burger I've ever eaten. It smelled and tasted like a very old shoe.
Its not cheap either...

Wrong burger and ontop of that they gave me chicken like this to make things worse the manager stated ?we have to pay for this? like it?s my problem and had to argue to get a refund trading standards need to investigate this place apparently it?s a ?spicy burger it should be like this?

They use baby chicken.. chicken peices are really small...chicken peaces were cold and looked old.. no tast ..also they expensive then other dixis...won't go there again

Best Dixy?s in Northfield, it?s the only one I eat from sometimes they make mistakes but just let them no they will investigate and they sort you out . Best wings in Northfield don?t get boring .

Warning - FOOD POISONINGOrdered on the 30/4/24 , 2/5/24 I woke up so ill, ended up going to emergency doctors to which I had a viral infection and a temperature of 38.2 cause by food poisoning. I was severely dehydrated from constantly throwing up.Don?t order from here unless you want to be ill!!!!
