Went in to order a box meal, but they said all the ingredients for the box meal was not there. Then, I tried to order a chicken box meal, and there was a problem with that too. And then they said that all the meals had gone up 1 pound too. The chicken looked dry, and the shop itself did not look clean at all, the tables were dirty, and the place just didn't feel nice. I refused to order from there, and I would also advise others to be mindful about this place too.

Placed an order for delivery the order did not come after waiting for over an hour and half I tried calling the numbers both were unrecognised and not reachable. This caused me to have to place another order even though I was charged for this one! Save yourself the hassle.

Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. As new management again. First day service was appalling but the pizza and calzone were good. Came back the next day and the prices had gone up by £1 each. When challenged that I could order online for the lower price and collect I was told they obviously haven?t updated their prices. And when I said I?d go elsewhere I was told to do so.

Food standards agency need to come asap and close down this place because the food was disgusting horrible taste it was cold and the chips I ordered with my meal were very less felt like a punishment eating it I had to throw it away when I tried calling them it said incorrect number so the number they displayed isnt right not really one to write reviews but this place needs to be put under review

This takeaway is a disgrace! Should be shut down or at least struck off all online delivery services. I placed an order here Thursday early evening. Kept saying my order waa being picked up. 3 drivers later, and still food is not ready. Finally driver advises me to cancel. i had to go through uber customer service to get my cancellation 2 hours later.
The best part is they don't have a working phone number! So you can't even call and complain.
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

They are nothing but robbers even down to the uber eats left a diabetic without food saying they tried to ring the phone but they never even knocked the door then declined to give a refund the delivery driver was rude and abrupt and blocked his phone from being contacted absolutely appalling I hope they enjoy the stolen 40 pounds they had from us

Absolutely appalling service ordered at 8pm food arrived at 10.30pm two and half hours late when asked why the driver phoned the takeaway and they said they had a power cut also the phone lines were dead too as I called 14 times food came overcooked and cold after being told everything is freshly made my cheese burger was cold and a bit raw with old salad used what a disappointment no wonder it has a 2star rating but we ga e it the benefit of the doubt but never again never

Never again! Don?t come here waste of money food came cold fries the soggiest ever the chicken pink and uncooked. Chicken came black on the coating and not cooked in the inside. Missed out on 2 drinks on top of that this business should be out of business
