First time here at this Dixy. Im Very happy with the food and service. The food was tasty and order was ready very quickly. Place was nice and clean which i look out for before buying food. Good place to have lunch before doing my shopping at village.

I refuse to go to any Dixy unless it?s 33 Shirley Road one! These guys absolutely smash it on taste, portion sizes and customer service. A massive thank you for staying open later than usual to complete my phone order, I really appreciated it.

I came in and got a #2 meal, nothing wrong until a few hours pass, I've been violently throwing up and my stomach is in agony. Turns out I got food poisoning from the chicken ? ?

I called my order in over the phone, the guy said 8 minutes. I was there in 10 minutes, he?s asked me for my order I told him he said okay one minute. He then proceeds to serve 3 other people their food and when I asked about mine he said he?s waiting for fries. Then goes onto to show me a bin full of fries, I don?t know why and starts to get snippy with me when I pointed out why did you serve 3 people before me, I could of had their fries if my order was ready. Check your CCTV 8:12 pm on the 16th of July 24. I live local and usually order through just eat and this one time I ordered in person to get the food a little quicker this robot behind the counter made me feel uncomfortable. Lost a customer, I?ll go elsewhere.

Ordered a late night meal deal (wrap meal) and was pleasantly suprised. The food was cooked fresh will definitely be ordering from there again much better than the old dixys.

Much better now that it's had new owners and a renovation. Food is always fresh, staff are friendly and give good customer service.
