A no card ONLY CASH facility meaning dodgy on taxes. There food was absolutely awful. I was craving for a dixy and the chicken in the zinger burger was really hard not sure if it wasn't cooked properly or why. No cheese in the burger, the thinist slice of lettuce. Dirty oiled fries or sticks. A burger should at least reflect the price in most cases. Worth about 3pound as a meal. And no selection of drinks as Vimto only given. I've been to half descent dixys before so not sure why this place was well below standards. Overall yuck

I can't complain about the food it is nice and I've been eating from dixies for almost 10 years now. However, what I can complain about is the attitude of one of the workers. Yes, I admit I had a lot of requests but that does not excuse the moody attitude I was presented with by the man with a grey beard. He was constantly huffing and puffing, and even giving dirty looks. Maybe he was having a bad day, but as a Dixy professional you don't let it out on your loyal customers and make them feel ashamed of coming there. Again, I loved the food but the poor customer service from one of the staff left a poor taste in my mouth, and it is a shame because the rest are kind and friendly. I will be sharing this to all my friends and family, but willing to change if this improves on my next visit.Regards

Really disappointed with my order today. Placed an order for the kids. Ordered a boneless bucket alongside one meal. Placed order at 5:28, received food nearly two hours later. There is no reason why it should be two hours. Food turned up cold and not really fresh. Will definitely not be using the ordering service again. Waste of time. No indication of delivery time, unless order is placed. Spoke to staff and he didn?t seem bothered whatsoever. I don?t mind paying the price although I understand it may be expensive. But at least concentrate on quality and service. Very disappointing experience, normally rate this dixy compared to others.

Always i ask for dlievery the get me wrong food or less then what i ask for and they charge me for more and so many times the foods had hair in it please bring some clean staff that knew English language to understand customer services.

Two single chicken burgers and a portion of wings for £15 what a joke. Burgers are tiny too. Extortionate prices and small portions. Won?t come back. Didn?t realise prices had increased so much. If you?re charging that much for a chicken fillet burger at least increase the size of the burger. Ridiculous.

Wasn't good at all1.Quality was poor2.Added in things like tomato, cucumbers etc to boost up the warp but extremely tight on portions3, Sauce they give is a size of little toe
