WORST PLACE EVER!! I ordered from here via their website on food hub, ordering was still open so I went ahead only to get a phone call 2 mins after placing the order and paying to say we can?t deliver as we have no drivers, they said you can come and pick up or I can cancel it and issue a refund. I said I can?t collect so just cancel. This was on the 30 Nov, it?s now January and after multiple phone calls to the branch and the manager not listening to the staff after being told about the situation numerous times I am still awaiting a refund! This is absolutely ridiculous customer service and holding on to someone?s rightful money! Doesn?t matter about the amount it?s the principle to issue a refund! Let?s see if I get a reply now.

Had the worst experience ever! We ordered on uber eats, the expected delivery was at 8:50 pm but we received it at 9:50 pm. Just ridiculous. It wasn't the delivery driver's fault, they took forever to prepare .The management are least concerned about customers, asked to speak to the manager the guy on the phone but manager didn't speak. we will never order again, plus the food quality isnt good at all and the quantity isnt satisfactory. Just waste of £20??

Never order from this place! They use out of date stuff for their food it was so nasty I ordered a pizza and I threw up when I took bite! Stay away from this place.

I ordered grilled burger and it was beyond expectation superb nice hot taste chicken was really well done and the balance of spices is great. highly recommended. Staff is really nice.

I ordered for delivery then was expecting the food to arrive so i called the shop and they said it will come in a few mins ...however I heard them shouting at the delivery driver as he took a different route to deliver 30 mins past and food arrived but was stone cold chips were soggy and the drink warm so that tells me that this food had been made some while ago .. i addressed the issues to the shop for a refund however he was begging to make new food.Vegetarian options: no

I had a very bad experience to purchase some good from Dixy chicken Shop. I ordered a double chicken fillet meal. There was man with French bear served me. He asked me for drink what drink do you like with your meal. I asked him to do you have Rubicon Mango. Suddenly he start shouting and doing misbehave with me, do you see Rubicon here, why you are asking about Rubicon with big mouth and loud voice. I was shocked and ask him what happen to you I just ask you about from. Then again starts shouting you can see we don?t have Rubicon Mango here. I replied how I can see your drinks you fridge is behind the counter. I recommend to all people don?t ever go this shop. Very bad and cold food, roude staff, roude behaviour, low quality food.

We were fasting, so decided to order from dixy chicken. The burger bap was off and had mould on it. We didnt want to risk eating any of the food so went and returned to the shop. My husband spoke to the owner and asked for a refund, he was adviced to get in touch with Just eat for a refund. So we did only Just eat refused to give our money back. We had to order from elsewhere and didn't get our money back which was around £25. We will Never be ordering from there again. I wrote a review on Just Eat but they removed my comments. Not happy ??
