Blatantly rude and sexist staff.
Went to Dixy Chicken and was absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated. Three men were standing at the till doing absolutely nothing, not even acknowledging me. No ?hi,? no ?how can I help,? nothing. Just staring like I was interrupting their day.
The moment I started placing my order, they acted like they were doing me a favour. Their tone was cold and dismissive the entire time. When I asked what drink options they had, the guy snapped at me and said, ?You can see what we have,? even though the fridge was facing him, not me. So clearly, I couldn?t.
They didn?t call out when my food was ready, didn?t bother with a thank you, and treated me like I was invisible the whole time. I genuinely felt it was because I?m a woman ? the vibe was very much ?we don?t respect you.?
If you?re a woman, especially alone, I wouldn?t recommend going here. Disgusting behaviour. Dixy needs to train their staff on basic respect ? or just hire people who know how to treat customers like humans.

It's Ok, not too bad, quite rude person on the till, I used to work in facilities, I know what it means to work with customers, usually I'm loyal to next door shop -Chinese take away (was closed)I'm not recommending this chicken, pizza shop and next time I will think twice- Dominos it's just cross the road .

Obsolute rubbish service with almost no souces , food feels dry and found many hair strings in the food , and when we complained they gave a iggnorant reply and faced constant staring at the end , obsolute rubbish service and they dont apologies for their inconvience instead shows a negative behaviour .

No knowledge of cooking food
I recently ordered food from Dixy, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The food arrived cold, which was quite disappointing. It's frustrating to anticipate a delicious meal only to find it lacks the warmth and freshness that make it enjoyable.
To make matters worse, the customer service was not up to par. I found the staff unhelpful and unresponsive to my concerns, which added to my frustration. It's important for a restaurant to prioritize customer satisfaction, and in this case, it felt like they didn?t care.
Overall, my experience with Dixy was disappointing. Cold food and poor customer service make it hard for me to recommend them. I hope they can improve their service and food quality in the future.

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Placed an order for a delivery with the promise of the food to arrive within 35 mins. 90 MINS later and the driver finally arrived after having to call numerous times and when the food arrived it was freezing cold. Their only solution was to give the food back, no negotiation or anything like that. I don?t know how they get away with treating regular customers like this. Stay far away

I was the first one in the shop and last one to leave. I had 7 customers come after me and all left before. All I had ordered was a single chicken wrap meal which shouldn't take long to get ready especially if the chicken is already in the display.
I shouldn't have to come to the counter again to remind you that I am still waiting after ordering 20 minutes ago!!
