Now this is my local Dixy and I love it. Staff are friendly , food 9/10 is great however the fries guys , the fries are not good. The quality is really bad and majority of the portion of fries are BLACK. It?s NOT good especially when paying via uber because you get charged so much more just for a meal and you end up throwing away majority of the fries ! It?s highly frustrating. Please find another brand and better quality ! Fries are cheap you?ll lose more customers for not changing them.

Every time we order from Uber eats this place always misses a thing out of our order which is very frustrating.. and then there is no way to contact the restaurant as they don?t have a contact number so we just have to deal with the food that we receive! Very disappointing..

Washwood Heath Road Dixy fried chicken is delicious. Staff are pleasant and helpful. I don't usually eat in as space is limited.
Parking: Parking is tight so better to walk if you can

I came here today, I had asked the staff for strips and they charged me as a meal when I never asked. The prices have gone ridiculously up, rather be going uks and getting the same type of food as it is cheaper. They need to change their prices back down, it was already quite expensive before and now gone up too extreme.

Owners are taking the mick now, 7.50 for a fried nigella panini meal, NOT even grilled, pepes or rios from now on, the last time I go here today after 17 years odd loyalty

Been going here 10+ years but just ordered and 4th time in a row they missed out some of the order after I told the staff Makesure shame to seen service has fallen off will be going to a different dixy from now on lost a long term customer.

Great when you go in store, foods great and they aren?t stingy with food or dips.
Ordering from Uber on the other hand? they sting out on dips and there?s no option to buy more? even if you put it in the notes it?s a 50/50.
Id definitely order A LOT more if they at least had the option to buy more dips as I love the chilli so it is a big shame.
Literally I can?t just have one tiny dip of chilli for my meal personally.
I?d call and ask but I don?t even bother anymore, they haven?t picked up the phone for years it?s just on google for the banter at this point.
So yeah, purely because of the fact there?s no option to buy dips online (yes it?s that deep!) I can?t give a 5 but they get 4 stars from me.
I do hope the owner or management read this and care about reviews? would be nice for an option to purchase dips was included. Makes them more money and keeps the customers happier.

Always get order wrong several times. Even if it?s straight forward. I don't need to ransack my order bag to check if everything is there. Very poor childlike service at times. Used to be very good

Good food nice staff always give u more than u pay for,not just me but all dixy customers. Washwood heath Road dixy is great,can vouch for this one.
