Worst Dixy in the country, back in the days it was decent, but since the new mangment took over specially the Punjabi guy with beard rude guy, you will get the smallest pieces of chicken, I stopped ordering long time ago family ordered today as it was local crap food. chicken pieces were small, dry & stale. do not order from this Dixy, any other branch is ok but this branch using Dixy name but providing worst food ever.

Kept saying 2 mins 2 mins for delivery? the delivery time was originally ment to be 45mins but ended up taking more then an hr total

Got to give it to the young lad who?s normally taking the orders, very fast paced keeps everyone on their feet. I ended up getting my food very quickly even when there was quite a lot of customers, and I?ve got to say for the price of the food dixys is where I shall be eating again. Keep it up lads!

Food was alright but in my double burger there was only 1 and half burger fries weren?t salted they were warm though and the drinks weren?t cold .overall it wasn?t really good but it?s eatable.

We had a order and tha guy taking the order starting shoutinh at us and said dont order if u dont know we said ok and carried on with our order when we were talking he said ok bye so we phoned again and said can we talk to the manager and he said I'm the manager and I said i wanna talk to the boss an md he said I'm also the boss and took the call of he gave no apology and said if u dont want the food dont have it and the fries were only half a packet and looked like someone had eaten half and when the food came I asked the person was the guy that took the order the manager he said no and he said he also was not the boss

Staff have horrible attitude when it comes to giving and taking orders. Very rude and unprofessional, orders taken after often given before. No sense of manners or respect, very entitled people. Food isn?t fantastic, should learn some basic gratituity when dealing with customers

Most disgusting dixy everI ordered 2 megamix burger meals and 2 fish burger mealsThe fish in the burger was overcooked making it hard to bite into very appalling ripping people off with food poisoning state of food.The chicken was really dry, hard and tasteless!!!The fries were undercooked in all meals don't understand how you can mess that up.Mostly likely the chicken was from a day or 2 before considering its 3pm should have been fresh ?I would avoid this place boycott it for health and safety also food quality.Learn how to perfect your recipes sell in quality not make in quantity and make the local community sick should have read the recent reviews no ones happy apparently best to close this dire place down or hire some proper chefs considering your high prices I'm sure you can afford a decent cook.15/04/2024
