It's a Shame because the food is quite nice and good value for the price but the customer service is very poor, especially on phone call orders. Only time these guys are nice is when my wife is ordering and I wonder why ?

I recently visited Dixy Chicken and, while the staff service was commendable, I was quite disappointed with the food quality. The team was friendly and efficient, but unfortunately, the fried chicken wings were overly sticky and lacked the crispiness you'd expect. The taste didn?t match the high standards of other chicken shops I've tried. Additionally, the prices were noticeably higher compared to similar places in the area, which made the experience feel like poor value for money. Despite the good customer service, the quality of the food and the steep prices left me very dissatisfied. I wouldn't recommend it.
