Title: Disappointing Experience with Dixy Ladywood Road - Late Delivery, Cold Food, and Rude Customer Service
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Dixy Ladywood Road. Despite expecting timely delivery, the experience was appalling.
After waiting half an hour, I called the branch to inquire about my order. The representative assured me the food would arrive within 15 minutes, but another half hour passed with no sign of my order.
Frustrated and hungry, I called again. The representative was rude and dismissive, claiming they needed another 15 minutes. When I expressed disappointment, he became defensive and rudely replied, stating they only had one driver.
The food finally arrived, but it was cold. I was expecting a hot, freshly prepared meal, but what I got was a lukewarm, unappetizing dish.
As a paying customer, I expect respect, courtesy, and a quality product. It's unacceptable for a business to treat customers with disdain and disrespect.
The late delivery, cold food, and poor customer service have left a sour taste. I will never order from Dixy Ladywood Road again and advise others to think twice before supporting this business.
In today's competitive food delivery market, it's surprising Dixy Ladywood Road failed to meet my expectations. With numerous options available, I'll take my business elsewhere.
To Dixy Ladywood Road's management, I suggest addressing these issues:
- Provide better staff training
- Consider hiring more drivers
- Improve food handling and delivery procedures
Until then, I won't recommend your establishment.

I ordered 1 hour 5 min before the restaurant closes, yet they never delivered my food. Bunch of SCAMMERS!. Piece of advice fellas, "AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COST!"

Dissappointed Very bad , ordered 3 meals online and whats comes is only 2 meals and 1 burger on it's own without the drink & fries to make matters worse the sauces where put in the fries bag with the burger ,normal the sauces are put separately with each meal.
Crap online order for delivery service, its the 3 rd time now its happened, (no drink & fries with 1 meal ) so decided to write

Been going here for years the guy on till proper arrogant messed up my order charged me for somrhing else... then had the nerve to tell me to pay more for the same thing I ordered....
What a waste of space he needs to be re evaluated an put back on washing dishes ?
Also saw the guy in the back drop a pair of food equipment on the floor and decided was good thing to carry on using them.on the food

I?m a vegetarian and ordered veggie panini, they served me chicken panini in my takeout order. So we had to go all the way back to shop to get it corrected. The second time they made it, they forgot to put the patty inside the panini, so basically it was just bread with mayonnaise inside. hence, we had to go all the way back again to return it. When we asked, they had the audacity to say that they wouldn?t refund the order after making mistakes twice. Horrible customer service and staff is there arguing with us instead of solving their problem. I was a regular customer but this was the worse experience ever.

Lady Pollroad Dyxi it sucks, I asked for chicken breast fillets and they gave me fried legs. It's loud in the sky!!!

Honestly wish I'd just gone to the chippy up the road, the burger was just the same as what you get there. Hardly any lettuce, way too much mayo, and had to wait for everyone else to be served first. Wouldn't recommend it.

Dixy chicken is back on top and has reclaimed the title for the best place for southern fried chicken strips (tenders) and burgers in B12 and maybe even Birmingham. Their fries have always been better than the local rival Roscoes , but for a while the chicken quality was dropping but not anymore. The chicken tastes amazing again!!! Please please please brothers keep up the consistency and quality,you guys have a winner. May Allah bless you with more barakah. Jazakallah Khair

Poor service, food has some after taste and the peri chicken tasted as if were old chicken.
