Rude staff,have no idea of serving and taking orders,I ordered 1 peice meal n side strips,his charged me for a full meal and side strips and packed only 1peice chicken leg n 3 strips and I ask him where's the fries n his reply did you want fries!! 50p please n I paid him 50p by card in total I paid him over £7 n shen I was leaving he asked me do uoj want a drink which I told him to stick it, the place needs to be closed down,the kitchen is dirty n dark so the customer cannot see how the food is being handled,non of the stall look hygienically clean or the place,non of the staff is wearing uniform so you don't know who works there.

I had a missed call from this shop bare in mind ive never ever used them so dont know how they have my number, phoned it back to have a very rude man on thr phone who then put the phone down so i phoned back asked for a manager to be told there isnt one there and nobody higher than this worker to speak with! Told me to ring back after 8 and the manager will be there! Rest assured i shall be ringing back and demanding how they have my mobile number as it is very alarming for them to have my number when ive never used them.

Food poisoning within 2 hours of consuming their food , the shop is filthy and they wipe their snot and feaces all over the food. I have reported the shop to Birmingham Council Food Safety. It should be illegal for the shop to run.

Vegetarian options: Very poor attitude and service by Shakeel on the phone, won?t be ordering from someone with a poor attitude and 0 customer service skills, can the owner of this Dixy franchise please remove this poor member of staff as with his attitude people will go elsewhere

Food is amazing! I recommend the Chicken fillet burger meal. It is £5.49 for one but it is totally worth it. The Service is Meh. Sometimes they take long and sometimes it?s just regular wait time. The atmosphere is atrocious. Families leave and leave all their rubbish there. Staff don?t pick it up till maybe 1 hour. Apart from this I would totally recommend this place to a friend. 4 stars from me!

Went to buy a chicken breast burger, the staff at the back was talking and I was standing near the counter for a minute nobody to serve me they were chatting at the back and the food I got Cold burger bun was taken out of a packet wasn?t warmed or toasted chicken breast was hard as rock fries were cold mixed with warm terrible food, terrible service..

This chicken shop is very unhygienic and dirty the floors are covered in dirt and never cleaned the waiting time is 40min+ for anything over £10 Would not recommend find another shop!
