Very disappointed with the food. Wings were alright, not crunchy or tasty enough! Fries were really poor, no flavour and lacked taste! The sizzler burger was decent, nothing special.
Have had other dixy branches and would say this one was a disappointing experience!

Well I am not surprised to find poor reviews, wish I had checked before.
The worker told me to keep the front door open despite it being freezing cold. So I explained it was too cold for us and I am sure it won't prevent customers from coming in if the door is closed. I closed the door.
A few minutes later another worker comes and tells me the door needs to be open to prevent the alarm from going off !
First of all the 1st worker should have explained this clearly and secondly they should have processes in place to ensure adequate ventilation regardless of the front door.
In this time we were waiting longer than expected for the food.
The second worker kept trying to explain at length. I am not interested in the fact you have poor ventilation.
Got a refund and left.

Wouldn?t recommend food was really average, overall priced and the eating in place was freezing. The guy at the shop said don?t close the doors as the shop will steam up.

Very bad customer service I ordered food with drinks and they didn?t put the drink in the bag and they refused to refund and the food hygiene is bad

I used to love going to dixy chicken till I found some kind of mould on the bread.

I went in to get some food at Dixy before a movie, at the Odeon Luxe around the corner
They didn?t have a halal sign on the door, which made me skeptical obviously, despite Dixy being well known for halal food in the majority of their branches
So I went to the front. Waited 3-4 mins for the guy and girl to finish their gossip session (fr they were spilling the tea)
Then the guy comes forward, says something which was probably ?you alright?, he sounded lifeless and out of breath, poor guy
And I asked if they were halal. He didn?t say anything, just blinked and nodded his head slightly. Very strange and insincere
So I asked to see if he had a halal certificate (it?s not worth eating something that I?m doubtful of). He went to the side and looked through multiple folders for 2-3 whole minutes
And he pulled out a halal certificate? that expired on ?20/12/2022?
Bruvvvvv, that?s 2 years ago! ?????
At that point, I knew it definitely wasn?t the best place for a Muslim to eat, so I just left
Food probably would?ve been dead anyways based on the other reviews icl; I didn?t care how hungry I was
So Alhamdulillah a?la kulli haal
But FSA need to have a look on what?s going on in there frrrrrrrr. And verify the validity of whether their food is halal or not. And whack them with a fat fine, because it?s not okay at all for staff to say that they serve halal food, and be comfortable showing an expired halal certificate

Got my order wrong refused to return it l, very unprofessional the place has a really bad smell when you walk in. Staff are very rude and hygiene level was the worst. Wouldn?t recommend please save your money and time and find another place near the area.

We went yesterday and were served by friend and very helpful staff. The manager Jin was very patient with us given our large order snd was very accommodating. Amazing and fresh food. We will be visiting every time we come to odean to watch a movie. Thanks guys
