I recently ordered three meals from Dixi Chicken on Lozells Road: two meals with wings and chips, and one with nuggets and chips. The total came to £13.75. Shuld be £7.50 However, when I got home, I realized that two of the wings and chips meals were missing from my order.
When I returned to the restaurant to address the mistake, the staff were incredibly rude and unapologetic. They didn't acknowledge their error or offer any kind of apology, which left me feeling very upset and frustrated. The poor customer service was disappointing and unacceptable.
I wouldn't recommend Dixi Chicken on Lozells Road if you're looking for a place that values its customers and provides good service.

They gave us some extra wings, but some of the wings had nasty smell coming from the meat ?.Perhaps they gave the "free" wings to get rid of the bad ones?The edible wings were overcooked!Peri Peri wings were small and average in taste.Cheeseburger was okay.Fries with burger meal were not too bad.Too expensive for such average food.Giving us smelly "free" wings was very low of them.

Slow service. Was told there would be a 20 minute wait which turned into 45 minutes.
Didn?t give anything to compensate.
