Con men, charge you for meals you didn?t order and when challenged refuse to give you a refund. Worse still, the Chicken was dry and over cooked and the fries were cold. You would be bette off going hungry than eating at this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Extremely worst person at the reception, very very poor experience, asking extra £7 pound for replacing fries with rice which was not an issue if he can?t do it, instead he was looking to come out and beat me on just asking that told me to get out (how can that be said to customers). We ordered two boxed meals with 1 piece of chicken each and a side. Both of them non-existent. We took them as take away and when we opened them up at home we only had the burgers and the fries. The service was horrible. The guy working the till was snappy and rude. He was acting like we were boring him out and he wanted to be over with taking our order. Worst experience ever. Either change your personnel or close the shop all together.

Man taking my order slammed the bag with my food on the counter and when he gave me the change he didn?t even care to pass it over nicely and it dropped all over the counter. He didn?t seem to happy to be working there either. Food is amazing but the service literally almost made me want to walk out I would give zero stars if I could for the way I was served after coming out from a long day at work. Despicable service!

Had a night out in Birmingham last night and went here after the pub and got an absolute chicken feast, huge bucket of chicken with fries and 3 drinks, absolute bargain!! It was superb!!! Staff are great!!!

RATS CRWALINGGGG AROUNF THE SHOP. Rubbish don?t go here they take your money and give your food to other customers then refund you the wrong amount by cash even though you payed by card . DO NOT GO!!!!!!!!!!!

Food is honestly the worst I've had in birmingham. It's really that bad. Their location is the only thing keeping them in business. Terrible service, they try and push you to pay in cash, bouncers stare at you like you're going to steal extra dip. Why does a Dixy's have a bouncer? Not even one, two!The only good thing I can say is that the food was ready within 30 seconds of me making the order. Not sure if that's a good thing..I couldn't finish my food, didn't bother finishing the burger after having a few bites.

Avoid they are barefaced liars and will try to overcharge you. I had to snatch the money back out of his hand, when he tried to charge me more than the advertised price. Bad attitude and dirty inside.

Ask for cash and I said I have card when I got my order I saw he charged me 50 pence extra to pay by card while my order was over 4 pounds.Service horrible and food as usual rubbish its almost 3 in the morning otherwise I would never spend a penny in dixy at all.
