Tbh such a bad service from the staff sorry the have been there manny times and when the main man gaffer is there it's great service but the other lads there are lost completely lost had to speak up just to get serviced like know one was taking orders than only got told no chicken for 15 mins. Very unprepared knowing they will be busy. Anyway gaffer sorry but had to be done.

Came here after visiting play station, this has to be one if the best dixys I have vusted, although the wings are insanely salty and make you thirsty the rest was nice,
I love how spicy the sizzler burger is and the strips, fries are good were fresh and the portion was massive for a regular.
It is pricey compared to other dixys, but is worth it for the quality,
The seating area is fantastic for the family, very clean

I used to order from here alot, recently it has gone so down hill
I won't be ordering again. How they have served food the way they have is shocking all the chips are black. The price is bad too especially when you throw most of it in the bin. I wish there was an option to add pictures

I have never seen a business with worse service than this. The staff here completely lack customer etiquette, politeness, and any proper way of dealing with people.
I deeply regret having shopped here before, but today will be my last time.

I ordered from dixy thinking it was my regular dixy on washwood heath road .but it came from this place .when it comes to food I only had half of it .totally different taste.would not recommend to anyone.

I bought a 2pc combo, expecting one drumstick and another piece . Got home, opened the box to find a back piece and a breast piece.
Meat was very dry and chewy.
The man serving called Saleem didn't even ask what piece of chicken I wanted.
I came from a work trip from London and was looking forward to a takeaway .
Very disappointed.
