“Pretty good home bargains, decent size, well stocked. It was very busy at 6pm but they had all the tills open which makes a refreshing change for home bargains, so the queues were minimal. Based on how busy it was on a weekday at 6pm I imagine it might be a nightmare on a weekend.”

“Great range of hobbies and crafts kits, as well as paints and brushes with canvases. They have toys books, kids school stationery just to name a few things. The store is decked out with all kinds of novelties. Great place to get the kits for school maybe even small toy gifts as well for children.”

The store was clean and tidy when I visited on a Saturday afternoon. The shelves were fairly full for the time of day.

“Always my go to shop when it comes to toiletries. Prices are very reasonable and they have variety of things from hair dye to makeup, toothpaste, home products. The only downfall is that its not very spacious, its narrow so when its busy your waiting for the others to move first.”

“The PDSA have had a difficult couple of years due to Covid and rely on donations. The staff are still smiling, caring and looking after the animals who are poorly. Could not fault them. Well done PDSA and thank you for being so gentle and kind to my boy and explaining everything fully to me xx”

“B & M is one of my favourite places to shop, it sells practically everything and the prices are highly competitive. An example would be in the wine and beer aisle where you will discover some really pleasant wines at starting prices of around £4, half what I expect to pay in my local supermarket. The food aisles are the same and B & M is one of few places which stocks up on a well known coffee creamer priced slightly lower than supermarkets! At my branch on the Coventry Road the staff are smashing and friendly and there is ample parking. It's a great store to have locally.”

I always enjoy shopping at Poundstretcher in Hall Green! The prices are very affordable, and there’s a fantastic variety of products to choose from. Whether it’s household essentials or everyday bargains, this store has it all.
