I went to diamond heaven for purchase some earrings for a family member and a kind lady called Chantal presented amazing customer service , i couldn?t choose which ones i wanted however she directed me in the right direction after me explaining what type of earrings i was after. She was very helpful and my family member loved the earrings !

Had a great experience here. Was with my soon to be fiancé looking at rings. Was greeted and looked after by Chantal. She was very helpful, informative and made the experience enjoyable and fun. Will definitely be going back to see Chantal when it's time to purchase

Had a great experience in Diamond Heaven. Myself and my partner went in to look at engagement rings and the staff were very welcoming. Chantal served us and was nothing but professional. I had an exceptional experience shopping at Diamond Heaven in Birmingham! From the moment I walked into the store, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Chantal went above and beyond to assist us in finding the perfect ring for my sister in-law. Not only was the selection of the rings extensive and of high quality, but Chantal?s product knowledge was truly impressive. She answered all my questions and provided valuable recommendations, making theshopping process a breeze.

Staff here are incredibly helpful, especially Chantal. She went above and beyond to help us decide what we wanted and then to source it at a competitive price. Our new go-to for diamonds! This Diamond Heaven has incredible selection so highly recommend to at least visit. I think if they offered customers a tea or coffee or water, it would make their service feel a lot more bespoke but that doesn?t take away from their high standard of customer service.

Excellent service. Emailed about having a ring made as the setting wasn't in stock. I was in regular contact with Sophie Hanson who was able to take the details of the ring and have it made for me in quite a tight time frame (3 weeks). Staff in the shop (Birmingham) were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an engagement ring, you won't be disappointed with the service!

I went to Diamond Heaven 3 weeks ago desperate to find an engagement ring for the love of my life so this caused me great stress as i wanted to find the perfect ring for her. The member of staff assisting me was a lovely lady called Chantal and honestly couldn?t sing her praises high enough from the moment I walked into the shop she gave me nothing but excellent advice and reassurance and I couldn?t be happier with the purchase she helped me to finalise. 5 stars doesn?t do justice to the level of excellent customer service that I received.

Came into to the Birmingham store a few weeks ago to find an engagement ring and as I got there I was greeted by Chantal, she helped me pick out the perfect ring for my now fiancé. Her customer service really made the whole experience less overwhelming.

AVOID!!Do yourself a favour! Thank me later.I ordered a half channel diamond ring for our 10 year wedding anniversary. I request VS1 diamonds (no visible inclusions). I received the ring and certificate to that effect, yet after a few days my wife noticed dark shades in two of the diamonds, we took it to our local jewellers and they confirmed at least 3 of the diamonds were not VS1 grade, SI at best. Yet we had the certificate saying it was as originally spec?d.After speaking with Diamond heaven and sending the ring back for them to review, they confirmed they were not VS1 diamonds and offered to remake the ring. They say there must have been a mix up on dispatch. More like we spotted it! I believe most people wouldn?t have and they would have got away with sending a sub-par ring and pocketing the difference.They remade the ring ? after a 4 week wait and send it back to us. We have now taken it to another jeweller to confirm it?s as the certificate and as per the purchase specification. We are awaiting results.So a nice gift and moment was spoilt by Diamond heaven! Who wants to get a ring, show people then have to send it back for a month to be remade. Also making me the purchaser and gift giver feeling cheap.Last time we use their services and I would encourage others to look elsewhere

Such a good experience at this shop, the staff were very helpful. A gentleman called Raj Parekh helped us through the journey and he was very patient and informative, didn't make it seem like we were too slow or annoying at all. He gave regular updates and gave his contact number in case of any questions, and he always did his best to answer them. Even more amazingly, he got the ring to us super quickly and gave us a really good deal. I didn't have any experience with rings or jewellery but he supported us a lot. Would 100% recommend coming here (we got an engagement ring and wedding band), and would definitely come again. A lot of jewellers don't allow you to take photos or videos of the jewellery, but they did and it was so comforting. The lady at the door who greeted us was very friendly too, and we only went in to the shop because she saw us outside and asked if we needed any help - good job she did!

I recently purchased a necklace from Diamond Heaven. When I went in I was greeted by Amy who couldn?t have been more helpful. I was unsure as to exactly what I was looking for so she gave me lots of options and spent a lot of time and effort to make sure that what I ended up getting was perfect. I couldn?t be more thankful to Amy for the service and time she gave to me to help choose this necklace.

Went with my partner looking for an engagement ring popped to the jewellery quarter and came across diamond heaven. Went in to have a look and Kane came over to us to see if we wanted any help we explained we was just looking and was left to have a look around. After have a little look we asked if we could try some rings on as I wasn?t sure what I wanted. Kane was amazing he got a selection of different rings for me to try on and was explaining in detail after trying each one on shape, diamond type/size etc. After trying a number of rings on I fell in love with a certain ring. Kane took the time to go through the different sizes I could have and the type of bands available and how the diamond would sit in the claws etc very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend!

In 2015 my partner proposed and we headed to Diamond Heaven to pick an engagement ring. The staff were amazing and I picked and ordered my ring. It took around 10 weeks for it to be made which was frustrating, however it was worth the wait. It is absolutely stunning. Recently (2022) I damaged my ring doing some DIY and I took it for repair at a local jeweller, we live in Sheffield so this was more convenient than travelling to Birmingham. The jeweller told me that my diamonds only had a weight of 0.88. I was devastated as we had picked and paid for 1.0ct. I contacted Diamond Heaven and dealt with Sophie Hanson (the branch manager). Despite 8 years having passed since my ring was purchased and made, Sophie went above and beyond to ensure this was rectified for me and arranged for me to return my ring to have the diamonds replaced to the correct weight. I was kept in touch every step of the way and was sent pictures of my 1.0ct of diamonds on the diamond scale. The process was really easy and resolved in no time at all. This really is outstanding customer service. I was also sent a new diamond grading certificate and I am very happy with my stunning 1.0ct ring ? ?
