Do not use this drop point to post your DHL parcel, my parcel has been stolen from this drop point, because the staff saw my parcel was gift I bought from Harvey Nicholas and worthy lots of money and they didn't recommend me to get insurance. My parcel was lost from this drop point and DHL only paid you £69, my parcel was worthy £800. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DROP POINT AT ALL!

The manager, Jordan, was very helpful and approachable. He helped us in printing some documents and sending through DHL.He had to process the DHL to be sent at the end of the shift which reflects on his good work ethics, responsibility and commitment toward his duty.

Collection was very good but the tracking information not clear once it arrived in USA very bad service no contact was made for my friend only three parcels delivered still waiting for the 25 very bad service won't use them again it's been a night mare
