Poor delivery service. Was told my delivery was supposed to happen today between 10:45-12:45 instead of tomorrow 28th March 2024. About 11:00am received at text message saying my parcel will arrive soon track here, with a link included. Showed the driver in my area and a few stops away. It got to 1 stop away where he was literally down the road. It then said I was next at courier arriving soon. He literally got to the T junction right by mine, and decided to skip me and go do another job. He went about a mile outwards, then another 2 miles in another direction and then back into my town about a mile away. Then instead of coming to me, he went about 4/5miles in another direction to another town. It's 30 minutes past my delivery time slot and he's nowhere to be seen. Spoke to live chat Emily and she just fobbed me off with, he must have got a collection to do, and will be with me by my time slot. Not even apologetic, showed zero professionalism and didnt provide with any help. It's ridiculous that they even put you on the schedule with a time slot, make you waste your time and just piss you about. They dont care about customer service or the fact theyve made you waste a day because they randomly decided to deliver my parcel on another day.Highly recommend, if you have something sent. To request DPD or UPS or FedEx or anyone else other than these lot. Highly unprofessional and just waste your time and day. I have to go to a physiotherapy appointment now and they wasted my morning making me rush about. I'm disabled and it just makes things much worse for myself.

Quick and professional customer service from the staff. I was attended to in a few minutes and got all the information I wanted.

The gentleman behind the desk was very friendly. The service was neat and quick. Beware they only accept cash.

The lady is so rude and not at all helpful towards the customerI visited the shop and she said we are only accepting cash and need to fill the details online, As directed I went out and came back with online application barcode with cash,She said the DHL site is not working.I have to travel to another DHL office and those guys helped in sending out my document

I visited this store to send money overseas, spoke with lady in reception, who was so rude, obnoxious, no manners, disrespectful, even used a bad swearing word to me in Persian.Thinking I did not understand her, how horrible/horrendous, to be greeted by anyone in a company by staff of this nature.Makes my skin crawled, my blood pressure go high, I held my peace, she makes Iran look bad, already Iranian have a bad name on the world map.She have more to make Iran look more bad, plus the reputation of this company, kindly please, have a word with her, more than a word.

The woman in the reception taking the parcels was unbelievable rude with no kindness at all and not even respectful. It was a very unpleasant experience.
