Steph and Iram were extremely helpful and friendly this evening when ordering our sofa. They are a credit to this shop where I previously had a bad experience. I hope that the experience continues from here on in!

I recently purchased a sofa bed and a footstool from DFS, the sale and the sale team was nice and fine, i then waited a few weeks to get my sofa, when the delivery guys came they literally banging the sofa around in the lorry, when they came they put the sofa where i wanted, once they left i checked the sofa bed and it would not pull out, i called DFS on the same day and they said they would call me back. The next day i got a call back saying i have to wait another 8 days for someone to come have a look at the sofa. I asked if i could get the sofa under warranty as i didnt know previously that the sofa would get thrown around like it did and i believe it definitely has been damaged internally. The lady on the phone (Birmingham DFS Manager) claimed the service engineer will open up the sofa and check if everything is okay. I would have believed this if i was 10 years old. They do not want to take any accountability and said they cannot offer a warranty either or replace the sofa. I was extremely unhappy with their service but DFS aftercare team are awful and unwilling to understand my complaint. I will never advise or use DFS again. DO NOT USE DFS. GO TO A CHEAPER PLACE INSTEAD I PAID ALMOST £2000 for this awful service.

Disgusted how I've been treated by dfs, brought sofa,chair back on boxing day ,Delivered broken, if I had known I would have refused order and asked for straight refund but we trusted there response and was told and just be few wks to repair, that was back in March when we had it delivered still waiting for repair, I contacted watch dog and trading standards and speaking help and they are very interested, so people contact watch dog they are very interested in there poorly customers are been treated.

Purchased a sofa from Dfs Birmingham 19/4/25 and was assisted by Imran. Brilliant customer service and very helpful. He was patient with us and knowledgeable with all models of sofas we explored. Thank you so much Imran you made the experience of buying our new sofa very easy and comfortable, we are just excitedly waiting now for it to be delivered! ?

FOAM USED WAS VERY SUBSTANDARD-could not last after warranty period.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the recent experience I?ve had regarding your product. Frankly, I feel that I have been misled and cheated.
It is extremely disappointing to see that the product has started to fail almost immediately after the 2-year warranty period ended. This strongly suggests that the item was manufactured with a lifespan just enough to cover the warranty, without any genuine commitment to long-term quality or customer satisfaction. Such practices are deceptive and unethical.
I invested in this product with the expectation of reliability and durability, not something that would conveniently break down the moment the warranty expires. This experience has severely damaged my trust in your brand and raised serious concerns about your quality control and integrity.
I demand a proper investigation into this matter and a resolution that reflects fair treatment of your customers. I expect either a full repair, replacement, or reimbursement, regardless of the expired warranty, as the timing and nature of this failure clearly point to a deeper issue.
I hope to receive a prompt and fair response. .

Have been searching for a sofa for 6 months...went to sofology ncf scs and allsorts
Was about to give up and settle
Walked in and we were greeted by sheeza
Lovley lovley person and very helpful
Found a sofa to our exact sepcification (Finton corner chaise)
She went through everything with us in detail
She was very polite professional and friendly
So friendly that sheeza got my wife some hot chocolate whilst we were looking around
I've got cavities so had to stick to a cup of water
Cannot praise Sheeza enough
Brilliant person and very thorough
Sofa is pending delivery in 3 months
If we ever need more furniture will deffo ask for her to help us out :)
