I purchased an Epson ET-2820 printer with three years of care service from Curry?s Birmingham in January 2024. However, after using it only a few times, the printer stopped working. I tried troubleshooting by clearing and installing the app on both my mobile and laptop, but still, there was no printing. I then went to the customer support section today, where staff member Singh suggested I change the cartridges, even though they were full. He cleared the printer and said there was no fault with it. He then called the manager, Mr. Arif, who was extremely rude and unhelpful. Despite not listening to my concerns, he claimed that Mr. Singh had already checked the printer and found no fault, so they could not refund or replace it.I was extremely unhappy with their poor customer service and felt trapped into buying a faulty, low-quality product with three years of service care. I even provided a picture of faded printed papers as evidence of my dissatisfaction. They offered no consideration for my situation and refused to replace the printer. As a result, I declined to take the printer home, leaving it on the counter instead. I am unsure what the store will do with it, whether they will sell it again or use it for personal purposes.I strongly advise avoiding this store due to their poor customer service. They do not deserve a single-star rating, and I regret purchasing from them. Their service was unacceptable, and I believe others should be aware of my experience.

I bought a fridge from this place the fridge was bigWhen I went back they refused to exchange it because the package was open the manager said noMade me feel very bad after a long wait they gave me a number to call when I called they told me the manger was laying and they can?t help meNever curry?s again

I wish I could leave a ZERO I dont usually bother with reviews but this place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I was at this store ready to purchase 3 items 1 of which is a high ticket item no one approached us multiple staff walked straight passed us, one of the members of staff was incredibly sarcastic when I asked a question and kept replying in a rude manner saying i dont know to every question and then went on to say I only work here on Saturdays I barely know anyone here. I later found out that the joke of a manager "Jason" had heard the entire conversation did not bother to intervene or reprimand the rude member of staff and instead went on to say he thinks the staff gave an appropriate response didn't apologise didn't try to diffuse the situation instead continued to argue and tried brushing me off.We ended up going to a different Currys in Solihull where the staff were brilliant and helped us even though the Solihull branch was actually busier than this store, which goes to show if you have the right mindset and management, customer satisfaction can be achieved even when busy.

I went in to compare two laptops. It took about 15 minutes to get a member of staff ro coke and assist which was annoying, especially as I was with my baby. However, the gentlemen who came to help, was incredibly helpful ?? weird that you can't hold the laptops to gage the weight which is an important factor in purchasing. However, the specs were clearly labelled. They didn't have both models available to view but the staff member showed me the closest alternatives.

I strongly advise against ordering goods in this branch, social media is more important for customer service, even for the manager, on January 27 I ordered and paid for the goods, where the staff informed me that it would be available for collection within 10 days, today someone from the telephone service said that the goods were not it has been ordered and will be ordered finally today for collection on February 14, that's 19 days of waiting, so if you have a lot of time to waste and you like waiting for the goods you paid for, go ahead and buy from them

Terrible ordered a ipad says it is next day delivery 3 days have passed still haven't received it. When I flagged it up with webchat team they said they can't find the order number.

Best Curry's store I have been to. I visited the store last year and popped in just before they closed as I was visiting Birmingham with work and needed a wireless keyboard for the next day. The shop was really well stocked and the sales assistant knew all the offers that were running at the time so I got a bargain and the keyboard/mouse combo I bought are brilliant!

Staff member at the repairs section was rude and said they only do repairs for laptops that are in warranty which was a lie. Ridiculous service and very overpriced.
