Great place, very well kept and the staff were super friendly.Loved being there and the lunch was good.The hotel looks amazing and really central, so easy to access transport links e.g. bus, tram, train.Would 100% use this hotel again.

Hotel close to train station and venue. All staff really helpful from first interaction to last, would definitely recommend.Nearby activities: Town Hall, Bull Ring and New Street station all within walking distance,Food & drinks: Plenty of choice for breakfast, hot and cold, pastries, smoothies, full English, range of cereal and a very pleasant large seating area. Welcomed by all staff.

Located 8 mins from New street station this is a good business hotel. My room was spacious, the staff are genuinely lovely and very helpful. Breakfast is good and varied, and again, staff here are very efficient and friendly.Would recommend.

Was a great hotel my sons had booked it for a birthday treat they chose wellRooms: The rooms are very spacious and comfortable every thing you need in themWalkability: We were going to the theatre for a show was 5 minutes away also easy to get into city centre and to train stationFood & drinks: We had a lovely meal in the evening not to expensive and the breakfast was fantastic could get any drink we wanted

I was surprised that it's a 4 star hotel. It's a solid 3 star hotel. Rooms are a bit dated. Only UK plugs. No central light control. VERY noisy ventilation/heating. If you turn it off it gets really cold. No coffee express - just a kettle and instant coffee. Breakfast were good but during whole week there was zero variation - all the same stuff. Bar is nice. Gym - a bit bigger than other I have been to but seriously don't expect too much. It is much better than 3 star in London, but below 4 star in most European countries. Just OK.

Changed rooms due to noisy drilling happening. Both rooms were very tired and not as clean as they should be. While staff were great, the hotel itself is not up to the standard of other crown plazas and needs to be more thoroughly vacuumed. There was clear dust around the room and build up on air vents. At the price I paid (aprox £110pn) you can find better places in Birmingham.

Rooms and hallways starting to look a little bit dated. Staff very friendly and attentive. Gym is poorly fitted, with limited options for weights or space to work out, focusing mainly on cardio.Coffee and tea service could be vastly improved beyond Nescafé and English breakfast tea.

Hadn't stayed here for several years. A warm welcome received from Yolanda. Great size bathroom with an excellent shower. Well lit Arras in room and very good space. Heating/fan unit could do with replacing and there were some stains on the carpet. Choice and staff at breakfast were very good.

Decor dated in corridors bedroom. Staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet all under lights dry and overcooked. Suggest smaller batches cooked more frequently. Will produce less waste too! Great location.

The road from Birmingham Station is so dirty that the hotel's image is ruined! It feels old, but the room is okay.Had to wait for elevator repairBreakfast is great!After checking out, I asked the hotel why I paid £40, but there was no answer and I just received an email requesting a survey.Food & drinks: Breakfast was great
