Sells open bottles of flat coke, will not exchange either. When I asked him to then put the bottle in the bin as I wouldn't drink it knowing it was opened before I had purchased, he told me to find my own bin as his bin was not for customers. Incredibly rude and no people skills whatsoever.

Absolutely abysmal shop?the people skills or none, way over priced, they also try to make you over pay as I found out half hour ago, which has made me question every purchase I?ve ever made?.definitely would not recommend, if anything they need reporting

Don't touch this place with a barge pole. Shop keeper will not release any packages used as a click and collect. He is racist and rude. Not to mention aggressive. I have made a police report in him after my experience today.

Nice and clean shop, helpful staff only problem owner of business he doesn't like to give any credit which is I don't mind end of the day as a customer I shouldn't ask credit to any stores.

There is a new shopkeeper/owner with serious attitude problems extorting customers (as Jan 2020). I used to go to this shop mainly to top-up my electric key but he wouldn't do this anymore unless I buy there something else too. It turned out that they have also blocked my electric key so I wouldn?t be able top it up somewhere else. I found out this when I wanted to top-it up in a different shop and the shopkeeper tolled me that it is blocked and she is not able to top it-up. Then she asked me where have I topped it up previously? I tolled her that I was using the Costcutter and then she tolled me straight away 'he is naughty becuese he is blocking the keys so people can't top it up elsewhere?. Then I went back to Cost- cutter to top it up again and told him to unlock the key. The guy was telling while he was doing the topping up that they don't do block anything but then when I left and I tried to top up the key in a different shop it was working. I guess he just secretly unlocked the key while he was doing the top-up because I figured what's going on and he didn?t want to be caught with this. Never go there again!

Called cost cutters ,more like rip off store.No price on selves to show how much things are ,dirty place and they don't reduce prices as they should do when cost cutters send them the catalogue on what's been reduced.Go else where and save your money.

I think the staff are wonderful and very polite, they always Have what I need and always friendly, they help me with my pushchair too, even let me off a few pence a few times.
I enjoy going in, in the morning to happy faces.
