I visited this coffee shop recently and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. There was a long queue, which I didn?t mind at first, but the service was extremely slow and disorganised. What made it worse was the attitude of the staff ? they seemed uninterested and a bit rude when taking orders. The coffee itself was average, not really worth the wait. With so many other options around, I?d be hesitant to return unless service improves.

The customer service is appalling - particularly the member of staff Vanessa is extremely unpleasant and has the worst customer service. She was making rude comments about customers to her colleagues within earshot of the people queuing. Queues ridiculously long - would not return.

Brilliant place for a relax after shopping. Staff very friendly and seem to be happy in their jobs,always busy but very relaxed staff cope very well one of many visits

Service and drinks are okay but no Wi-Fi!! Went here to work then discovered this after buying my £4 coffee.

Recently I had drinks from store, it?s has been made by one of experienced staff and drinks was so poorly made, also I asked for extra hot it?s wasn?t made extra hot, cups wasn?t filled, £4.80 for large drinks except to filled ups to tops and make with customers requirement. Very disappointing

Costa Coffee never disappoints! The coffee is always rich and flavorful, with a great selection of drinks to choose from.
The staff is friendly and efficient, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The pastries and snacks are also fresh and delicious.
Overall, it is a fantastic coffee shop that we always enjoy visiting. Highly recommended!

Worst place i could stop after shopping. Queue was long and slow, to be finally served to say there was no tea! Surely you'd need to be told that before you queue? Overrated, pretentious, & I won't go there again. £3.85 for a small can of flavoured water ??

Lovely staff, though clearly there are staffing problems as clearing stacks up a lot. Don't recommend AT ALL if you need to use internet there. No data signal and no WiFi. This has been the case for years now and nothing is ever done to improve the situation. Not the staffs fault.
