Brilliant service by Sonia, as someone who works in the customer service and coffee industry you can really tell when someone is going the extra mile and this is something Sonia did for every customer no matter how big the queue. LOVLEY hot chocolate with perfect milk. Only complaint I have is there should be more people working at this time for a morning rush, especially with the local college and businesses around, I don?t think it?s fair that she is running a shift 1 man in these conditions. However, Overall 10/10 will definitely be returning!!

I bought the mango bubble frappe but they didn't add the bubbles and just gave me mango milkshake ? by the time I tasted it I was already away from the store couldn?t even get it replaced?

the staff were really sweet, and really considerate. my mum likes her drink extra hot, and they made it the perfect temperature for her, and they even gave an extra babycinno to my little sister, who has disabilities. the coffee was great, as usual

I won't buy my coffee in Costa anymore. This is not the only time I found that Costa staffs made latte with worng procedure. They just foamed the milk and then pour the espresso in. This is totally worng.If someone think I am wrong. Think about different between Americano and long black.

My favourite costa i vist very regularly. All greet me with a smile, saying hello and asking how i am.I have lovely conversations with Sonia and Chrissie. They have the best customer service.

The Lady that served us was very proffesional she was polite and you could see she was busy and just kept going never flustered. I didnt get her name but she had amazing coloured hair.Vegetarian options: Lovely choice obviously when busy choices drop but I always find something.

Disappointed. Costa longbridge closes at 6, we got there about 5:50 to be told they?re closed. I understand staff want to clean the coffee machines and go home, but if the service says 6, then everything should be available until that time. I ended up going to Starbucks instead who didn?t turn our custom away!
