The lady server in the northbound Costa was very friendly - I sadly didn?t get her name. The date was 12th December- probably the friendliest and most professional barista I?ve ever known - well done! The coffee was excellent too ??

Southbound, Evening stop, 2 hours free parking. Good coffee, paid for a medium, given a large one! Only take-away cups available, despite plenty of crockery - lack of staff to clear away & wash up?
Historic British car-themed prints are worth a look (upstairs, opposite toilet entrance). Services are near the former Rover / British Leyland car plant in Longbridge.

me & my mate was standing by the counter with our drinks & food and the staff member is behind us unloading crates with a delivery driver. waited around for atleast 5mins and still nothing so me & my mate left. not coming here again. (the staff member was bald).

The lady serving drinks on the 29th of September at 23:55 was really rude and sarcastic when we ordered our drinks. We asked for takeout cups in which she replied ?always do at night? in rude manner. Just her on till and doing coffee and was so miserable. As well as this she asked if I wanted cream I said yes. She said ?as in yes you do or yes you don?t?. Very unpleasant experience. Chocolate frappe barely had any chocolate ?

Miserable grumpy chops on the till. Burnt the coffee beans with the water at 1000c £4.50 for a medium cappuccino? tasted rancid.

One of the busiest Fridays of the year and you have 2 staff on.
Tables dirty, no cream,told could only have takeout .unhappy customers.no wonder your poor staff looked harassed and stressed.

My recent visit to Costa on 13th May 2024 left much to be desired as the service fell far below expectations. From long wait times to unresponsive staff, the experience was marred by inefficiency and a lack of attentiveness. Despite the appealing menu options, the poor service detracted significantly from the overall enjoyment of the visit. I felt the inequality and racism. I won't recommend to visit this costa shop to anyone. Thank you.

My recent visit to Costa was disappointing due to the poor service provided. The customer service was so poor , they even didn?t provided tissue when we asked them . Staff who was on this day (13/05/2024)was not good , they even haven?t a good smile on their face , felt like racism. It's disheartening when a brand known for its quality fails to deliver on the basic elements of customer service. Won?t suggest to visit the costa in this service anymore ?

I waited 15 minutes for someone to come at the costco across from this resort. Finally someone came and said we were closed. There was a customer inside, I think he was racist towards us, he didn't sell us coffee.
