Waited roughly about a minute before got acknowledged, Waited over 5 minutes before I even got served ( just to to be clear there was only 3 customer in side all had drinks)
The place was filthy all tables looked like they ain't wiped all day, few still had empty drinks and trays, toilets were abysmal with no toilet roll in the dispenser, loads on the floor mind.
This costa used to be great but now totally new staff that obviously needs more help from other Costas and training definitely needs required.

Was disgusted with attitude of new manager to her staff. Very unprofessional telling someone off in front of customers and next day made them cry. Used to be a nice coffee shop not anymore. Staff was really friendly. Acocks

Fast service.
Food and drink are great.
You can eat in, take away or have food delivered.

My daughter went in a few days ago, and there was a young blonde girl behind the counter. She was totally unprofessional and rude to my daughter, when all she did was ask for a drink. The worker snapped back and said the equipment was broken and then continued to give her a ?dirty look.? My daughter didn?t order anything and left upset and thirsty. We have never had issues coming here before but this is not the atmosphere you want to be in when wanting a drink. Will be going elsewhere if this happens again. Please Costa, have a chat with your workers.. ??

My friend and l went to Costa Coffee after he had been to get his specs adjusted at the nearby opticions. We sat outside because it was a nice warm day. He had an Americano with a dash of milk, l had a Capuccino. The server was really friendly and helpful wanting to get our order correct to our satisfaction. We sat outside for about half an hour and enjoyed poeple watching. It was a most pleasant time.

Just returned to say the manager Tim gives the place a really welcoming and family feel.
His team is great as well but Tim brings something extra... Enjoying a brekkie at Costa. Such a friendly welcoming place. Thank you to Tim for recommending a warm Cinnamon bun! Top marks!
