I went here to do some work for a few hours last week and it was a really nice atmosphere. After a while, one of the staff came and asked what I was up to and then brought me a slice of carrot cake on the house! It was so kind.

Go in frequently to grab a coffee before work at Costa Harborne. The coffee is great with excellent customer service, the staff are very good and attentive. Always welcoming and friendly.

Costa coffee is Costa coffe it speaks for itself to be honest, this review is for the service of Hamza and Andrew, friendly and upbeat service for a Saturday morning. Good banter and professionalism from the guys. Keep up the good work!

Wow!! We walked in after an awful experience at cafe Nero(see cafe Nero review) and were instantly greeted by a polite young man who asked to take our order. We asked for a few more minutes and he was more than happy to wait. He was very friendly and pleasant to me and my brother and was making the fabulous drinks with flare and a smile. This was very refreshing to see and we will definitely be going back due to the great service and drinks.

Was a good place, lots of tables and the waitresses were so kind and we had good conversations. I enjoyed my drink a lot (the strawberry and cream frappe), it had lots of flavour compared to other Costas. The only downside I would say is I became quite cold since the only charging socket free was under the air conditioner.

We liked hot cheese sandwiches and latte plus the hot chocolate.Remember if you want to use their toilet, get the bill receipts which have alphanumeric code to unlock the toilet door. They don't want to use their toilet unless you are buying anything for the cafe.No dedicated parking and would recommend using parking paid options behind Sainsbury's and Iceland.
