Extremely rude member of staff. Server/order taker was lovely but the young woman doing coffees failed to listen to the order from collegue, then failed to listen to me when I repeated it and gave me the wrong order. She then went to blame me for not being clear enough. . The order taker stepped in and confirmed what I clearly asked for twice. I walked away without a coffee I could drink nor an apology
It is no wonder they can kill customers when the coffee person just fails to listen. Will never, ever use Costa Coffee again - would rather drink water.
Management and HR you really do need to train all your staff and not tolerate such clear poor service to
your customers. It's not just me on this occasion annoyed at how I was treated but family members and friends - all regular customers you have now lost. I will tell anyone now about the poor and dangerous practices of this coffee outlet.

Made the same mistake, daring to drink coffee from costa. Flimsy cup with the poorly designed lid and to make it worst, normal coffee taste. The lid got open and the cup squeezed in my hand burning the hand. Well I cleaned the mesh, the lady offered a new drink but I politely refused. Not the best start of the day. Two start only for the service and politeness of the staff.

Quite pissed off as your opening times online closing at 20:00 and I went there at 19:38 just for the doors to shut. Please update your operating times accordingly as you are creating an unnecessary inconvenience for your potential customers.

Wanted to get a salted caramel frappé, before getting on my train, the assistant with blue hair told me it would take be a long wait as they were doing 2 already. So I asked how long and her reply was too long!! Very rude, obviously didn't want to serve me. I go there every day for a drink. I won't be going there ever again.

Handy for platform 4 and extremely fast service but I don?t think I?ve ever had a latte as scaldingly hot as this.

Quick service. Staff's was very pleasant and smiling. Chatting with the staff about my choices. We have a laugh. Good customer service.

Large store with lots of seating availability. Often have to queue for a while to be served but service is typically quick after that. Usually 2-3 members of staff working behind the counter.
