It?s 3:27pm& they close at 6pm.. why have they brough in all the outside furniture and started to pile furniture up in the seating area so early.
It?s very unprofessional and unwelcoming to guests. Surely not pushing people out would make you more money between 3-6 or is it just laziness from your staff and management

I have ordered a single espresso and the staff at the till put a double espresso instead, which is fine, mistakes can happen. The issue is the barista was so rude when I said it is supposed to be a single espresso.
She said ?No is double! You want it or not??
I think she clearly doesn?t know anything about customer service.

Kerry took my order and made me the drink chai latte with coconut milk. She was very bubbley and comforting and was very patient whilst i was struggling to make my order. Now normally it is very flavourless but kerry made it with perfection. Her service is amazing she treats customers in a joyouse way and really looks after her customers with a smile and abundance of joy.

Nice Costa, 200 yards from Snow Hill car park, very nice, friendly staff, super Almond croissant and aid course a large cappuccino, seating area at the back is bigger than you first expect, very clean and well kept. Drink was excellent.

Always Busy! Toilets are downstairs and upstairs, the Coffee as always Perfect in Costa just come and enjoy!

The drinks were OK. Given that I had a hot chocolate when I wanted to get a frappe but they didn't have any ice and de-ice wasn't an option because they don't make custom orders, and any coffee I wasn't allowed since you need to be 16 years old. This was meant to be a treat. The downstairs toilet stank and was very dirty, the toilet was grey from dirt/grime. The upstairs toilet had a few customers 'guarding' it (I'm assuming there was a queue) so I just gave up. Not a very pleasant experience, however the atmosphere downstairs was very peaceful, apart from the occasional loud customers.
Dietary restrictions: They don't make custom orders so if you have allergies to a common ingredient you just gotta skip the drink

It wasn't't busy when I arrived early Monday morning. Friendly staff. Quick service. Plenty of choice and plenty of seats around. Toilets are also available.

The manager is so rude if you have a offer on and the food is finished then take the board of it is common sense as it is misleading , never will I go to this branch and the poor guy having to put up with that rudeness she was totally out of order rude thing
