I visit here frequently with my mom and either one or both of my children. The staff are always lovely and the coffee is well made. Yesterday I visited with my 3 year old son for some important one on one time (harder to do nowadays as he has a new baby sister). The staff who were on were SO good with my son. They spoke to him about his order, asking whether he wanted his milk hot or cold and chatting to him when he showed them his dinosaur or pointed to Spider-Man on his jumper. Honestly, staff speaking to your child like this goes SUCH a long way and we had such a nice morning there.Kid-friendliness: Staff direct questions to children, not speaking over them. Things like this makes their day when they?re little!

I came here today and the servers here were so nice even though me and my family came in close to closing so I felt bad as I?ve worked at Costa before so I know how it is, and also my brother spilt a drink! They were both so lovely I really appreciated it.

This is my local Costa, it's the best one!! I enjoy coming in here for a coffee date on my own.The staff are so lovely and friendly nothing is ever too much.

Used to be really nice. Now, not so much. Food kept in plastic storage bins. To go cups most of the time. Ice machine frequently broken. Today they can't serve food as the microwave is also broken. Quite disappointing in my opinion.

The manager at this place is very unpleasant. The way she was belittling her staff, in front of customers, was absolutely ludicrous.The poor girl was clearly used to her behaviour because she just looked down but I was absolutely disgusted with it and the atmosphere she created was such a shame now I won?t be returning because of her attitude.

Went in no dishwasher so only takeaway cups no sign to say and when questioned on it staff rude and shout across the shop at customers. Staff on tills don't know wot they are doing void transactions on tills and blame customs. If I could give a 0 review I wud

Such a shame I have to give a low ratingAbsolutely lovely staffChatty, polite and friendly. Cannot fault themBUT the FLIES in this Costa are unbelievable, having to constantly flick your hand around to shoo them away, they were everywhere. Behind the glass screens around the food, all around the display food/items and even around customers and their beverages.My friend who was there with me didn't finish her food, the flies would not leave us alone and was all around on the walls and tables.Think inspection is needed for this Costa location, very off-puttingBut again, staff were brilliant ??
