Really efficient service from the guy on duty. There was quite a long queue and despite being the only person on duty, I didn't have to wait long at all. Warmed up raisin pastry yummy too ?

Sullen staff food vastly overpriced. But coffee acceptable would advise takeaway coffee no food so as to avoid lifeless interior

Would of given a higher rating but sadly understaffed on a University open day!!! A big own goal from Costa!!! Waited a while to be served and get the drinks and food , others was waiting and luckily I had time but I could see others was annoyed at the wait. 2 people to make the drinks (one is trainee I think) 1 to heat up or grill sandwich etc . Really needed someone to serve the till. Didn?t ask if I was takeaway or eat in , as eat in hot chocolate in glass would of have cream and sprinkles which was not asked.

The staff are very rude, I've never had an experience like this in any other costa store. One of the workers who was cleaning the store pushed me a little as he walked past me and did not apologize or look sorry.Also, I ordered a small hot chocolate WITHOUT cream and when I got back to my workplace, I found they put cream in it, making it undrinkable for me. If someone had a severe allergy to dairy and they did something like this, it would have made them very ill.

Beware! Worst customer service ever by incompetent staff who don?t seem to care working there serving their customers. I guess it?s too much to ask for a simple service. Very argumentative, not helpful or friendly at all. 2nd time gone there, nothing has changed. Same bad attitude and service, nothing new. Don?t go there. Will be complaining to Costa directly.

The staff here are so lovely! One of the male servers is always friendly and smiling. The other younger man has offered to carry my tray. The young lady on the till is really helpful and thoughtful and knows the drinks well.They have never run out of anything I've wanted (unlike most other Costa stores I've been to) and I'm pleased to see more vegan options recently.
