Have had multiple treatments and colour changes at Cora, and let me just say how they get it right everytime from cut to colour it's literal perfection also Manager Kate is not only a vibee, but damn does she know her stuff, appreciating and priotising quality of hair over anything else is the reason she delivers consistently.Definitely hit her up :)

Such a friendly salon and catered to me so well. Excellent customer service and knowledge of hair. They really helped me to understand my hair and helped treat my hair in the salon but also helped me understand how to manage it better myself. Definitely recommend this salon and will be visiting again!

Every time I ring they can?t tell me the correct price so it?s always a surprise and they?ve messed me around with appointments before as their receptionist is seemingly unable to book in appointments at the right time and double books my appointments with someone else! Had an Indian hair oil treatment that they said should last 6 months and £205 and 3 washes later it disappeared. Went in today to get a fringe cut and the woman totally messed up my fringe. Told her what I wanted and she made it hideous and way too short after I told her I wanted to keep it long!!! Thanks I hate it :) and the woman doing my hair ignored my sister when she was trying to ask her questions. Standoffish customer service - not the vibe

Came for the first time today for a dry cut, walked in and was greeted friendly by the receptionist. Wasn?t a wait time at all and Ken was my stylist. He knew exactly what I wanted and nailed it! Really friendly and just overall great service. Thank you and will visit again.

Katie was so nice and so helpful, she did a moisturizing treatment for my hair and gave me a set of really good hair repair products to take home with me. She straightened my hair really well I?m in love.

It was my first time in this salon after seeing the positive reviews on Google/Insta and honestly? I don't regret coming at all!I really like the result, it's the first time I've been so satisfied with a hairdresser! The color is simply magnificent, exactly what I wanted! My hairdresser was very attentive from start to finish and gave me really good advice. (Thanks a lot Kate ?)They have privacy screens for hijabis and they were very careful not to "Reveal" anything, I'm really grateful for that. ???The salon was very clean, the staff was really welcoming and attentive with their customers, I highly recommend them for their professionalism, their quality work and they also have attractive prices! I would come back without hesitation ?

My husband took his daughter here today for a simple trim of the ends and a few layers (she?s 13). She has been crying all day since leaving the salon! And rightly so! The cut looks like it was done by a student trainee. It?s awful! The ?layers? is basically a sharp straight cut with no shape to it whatsoever. She has long hair past her shoulders and now is left with a head of hair that looks like two different styles in one. It just looks ridiculous.Whoever, did her hair needs retraining or sacking!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Zainab was amazing, she recommended me a treatment that did my hair silky smooth and was totally worth it. Also she listened to my requests and she cut my hair exactly how I wanted, highly recommend her!!!! xx

Booked online after viewing social media photos which were impressive and exactly what I was looking for.... fab location too.Wanted simple wave for posh evening event. Price was £18 which was reasonable and deposit required to secure booking - fabulous, was really looking forward to a bit of a hair pamper :) !!Week of appointment received constant reminders of my appointment by email which was great, very attentive.The day arrived ... I turned up 5pm on the dot at reception ... which was busy sorting out an overcharge to the client ... she had been charged twice by mistake ...The receptionist looked at me briefly and asked a junior member of staff to see to me.I was advised that my stylist was still with 'her client' and "could you come back in 10 minutes".Note for Cora Hair - Totally not the right thing to do or say to a new or for any client!!To say I felt like an incovenience was an understatement :(After 10 minutes walking through Great Western Arcade then standing outside Cora, stressing that I was going to have to rush to get ready for my evening "do" I tentatively went back in ....I then overheard a member of staff say receptionist's name; constantly with head in the till, 'Cora' - I was gobsmacked.Anyway ... I requested a Hollywood wave and somehow got FarahFawcett.As my debitcard "was on file" I agreed for the balance to be taken automatically. I did not leave a tip.To further insult me I later realised I was charged £20 and not the £18 booked online.Very disappointed - you need to work on your customer service skills.Would not recommend - will be going to RegisHair on Corporation Street next time.

Each time I've had my hair cut and coloured here, I've loved it. Both Zainab and Aroug have looked after and styled my hair fabulously. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Cora hair beauty is my go to salon for haircuts now. I've had a wonderful experience with Katie. She did my haircut exactly how I wanted it to be, keeping in mind that I want layers with face framing. Her customer service is amazing. Will definitely go back to Cora just to get a cut from Katie!!
