Myself and my partner went into store on he 26/07/2025 to look at booking a 2 week hol to Costa Rica and we were not disappointed by the service received. The gentleman that helped us think his name was Dan descriptor dark hair and glasses fairly slim and appeared tall. went all out to make sure we found something in budget he checked different ways we could get there checked different websites and airlines and called his colleague Katie. He was also very knowledgable and answered all our questions we were very well looked after and even given a Freddo chocolate bar by his colleague we were in store for around 3hrs nothing was too much trouble and even discussed the best options for where to stay over the night before travel as we were flying from Gatwick Looked at hotels near the airport and he helped us to get the best deal. Would definitely recommend and would book our Nxt hol with them.

Well wife daughters myself went into the shop today and was met with a woman whos name I don?t know as wasn?t wearing a name tag and didn?t introduce herself so by description she was very overweight Woman who wore glasses who couldn?t of been more unhelpful if she tried. I was actually pre-warned about her but thought I would make my own mind up as I have used this travel agent before and had a good experience when I booked to go Jamaica ?? Every single question was met with go online and check, she never gave us one answer to anything we asked other than go online, which only led me to believe she had no idea about her job or was blatantly to lazy to use her fingers to type and find the information we needed. Why is there even a shop or staff iff it is not going to help in any way shape or form. We actually left disgusted with this behaviour and will not use again.

You can park in asda car park staff are helpful with all your holiday needs but they are understaffed due to cut backs and branches closing

Booked our summer holiday at chelmsley wood branch. Staff very helpful from day of booking it to checking in on line and printing boarding passes. Kept us upto date with covid rules for travelling.

We always use this travel agency to book our holidays and we always speak to Lyn the Store Manager.Lyn is fantastic, really helpful, she looks for the best options and catches all of the requests you have and finds that tailor made holiday!I can not fault and would HIGHLY recommend.Lyn - 10 STARS!

Not this branch inparticular, but booked a holiday to turkey and on arrival was told hotel had closed down (later to find it had been on hotels from hell) very bad experience with co-op travel. Complained and got a £40 cheque throught the post, but sent it back for the cheek of it. Never again
