Rip off I was overcharged I am a member. From what I can remember Broccoli I should have been charged 74p members price. I presented members card and was not given the discount. Other things weren't discounted please see reciept. Shame on you!

Ordered ?premium roses? for £15 on uber along with 2 other bunches all of them are practically dead and i clearly wasn?t sent ?£15 premium roses? but the £5.50 fair trade roses. You should have just pinched a tenner out my pocket.

I have lived in Moseley for years and used this store. I have just been spoken to appallingly by a young male on the automated (15.34-pm is the time on my receipt) checkout. He was shouting at me and was bullying and nasty for no reason. I just can't believe anyone would think they can talk to customers like that. I am very polite and respectful as I work in customer services. This store is dirty and chaotic. Do something about it. We deserve better.
