Had a really bad experience this evening. I asked a staff member of the items were two for 6 pound and he threw them back at me and said no. I use this store on a regular sometimes 3 times a day tonight I put everything back I was going to buy and walked out. The staff member that was aggressive seemed more interested in the security guard then his job. Top tip if you don't like people maybe working at the coop isn't for you the co-op owned by you right by you if I did own it the member of staff would definitely be getting a warning and it's definitely not been right by me this evening

Yeap absolute trash service as compared to their outlets in London or Edinburgh
Their member scanner machine was blocked by an object and staff didn?t even confirmed if it was scanned.
The outlet did not provide a receipt and I don?t know if the £1 offer for new member had been deducted even though I?ve informed the staff of my intention to use it.
I told the staff thank you regardless which was met with cold treatment.
Terrible day to end my day

The staff is ignorant and needs customer relationship training. Furthermore the fruits are not good usually prepackaged and berries rotten.

Offer of 2 for £1 for single chocolate bars etc. but every time I?ve gone in they have never included the deal of 2 for £1 and by the time I?ve realised Ive walked out the shop down the road. This has happened at least 5 times now. Why have the deal if you aren?t going to apply it?
