I needed a good pair of cushioned shoes for my new job, so I did a bit of research online, found an ideal model, and discovered they were available here on the outlet website.
I popped in, and with a little help, found the exact shoes I was looking for.
Tried them on... perfect.
The whole process was quick and easy, and I got a good discount price compared with their main stores.
Excellent service, great choice of different styles and really helpful staff! I know where to come now when I need new shoes.

Unhelpful and rude staff. My Mrs was so pissed off with the attitude of the staff towards our little boy that she cancelled purchase of quite a few pairs of shoes she was going to buy at this store. Very impersonal service by the till staff. As others have noted they talk amongst themselves but not go to up customers to see if they need any help.Customer service is pretty terrible if not none existent. Honestly some serious training is required at this store if they want this business to progress.

Extremely ill mannered assistant at the till, doesn't have courtesy of saying thank you and please.
