Danny was really helpful, friendly and professional. She put my daughter at ease and talked her through the process of having her ears pierced. She was careful to check she felt OK between each lobe being pierced. It cost £30, but we also got a free pair of earrings every month for the next twelve months. Great service. Recommended.

Very expensive , the prices are becoming ridiculous. Obnoxious lady training a new member of staff who smelt really bad of body odour (the one doing the training ) . It was off putting ; I opted out of giving my email address for a discount so I could get out quicker but she practically forced me to give it to her. There was air conditioning on so there?s no need for the body odour .

This shop is so cute..perfect for young girls but it's such a shame that they have employed the most ridiculous supervisor at this store ...the woman who's probabaly 30 but acts like a jumped up 16 Yr old, you cant miss her...overweight, round faced with a bob haircut. Whenever we visit this store, the other young staff are just relaxed..as they should be...but anytime that particular lady is in the shop we don't feel comfortable because shes watching you..then she's always bothering you by telling you about the "great offers"....on one visit she patronised me saying "could i tell my child not to touch stuff! ...then on the most recent visit my child took her bday money to spend but dropped £10 in the shop which we couldnt find...when i told the same lady she said " oh someone must have picked it up" in a carefee..i couldnt care less type attitude...don't bother to check the cctv will you?...I ended up buying something anyway because my daughter was so upset...the lady the proceeded to tell my daughter to get her ears pierced today! ...how inappropriate. I won't take my daughter to this shop anymore due to the bad experiences with this particular member of staff, shame because its not the store that's the issue.

I took my twins today to spend money that they get for their bithday.and I?ve been told of by one of the staff.she said can u stop the kids from touching thing to be honest I was shocked I didn?t know how to answer to that (we had not even 1minute in the shop that was the first think the girls put their hands on)
