The "baby" imax screen was great and the audio was absolutely phenomenal. The whole venue was of a high quality and the cheaper tickets on the tuesdays made the trip more than worth it.

Best cinema near me but I would still go to the odeon every time instead if it was a little closer as everything at the odeon luxe is significantly better except for pure screen size.

Have been going to this cinema for a number of years, pretty much since it opened. Much better then the cineworld in Solihull. Best screens in the area Definitely and has IMAX

Couldn't be let into the film because they said they were still cleaning. When we got in there it was still dirty with popcorn everywhere. The toliets where disgusting. Would give it another go in coming here again but they need to get the cleanning up

Quite nice cinema sounds lower tho compared too vue it seems. Only thing gets in my nerves is someone staff popping there head round like every half a hour. I notice every time. Why not just put camera in cinema so they don't disturb the public.

I am a cineworld unlimited member, I visit this cineworld very regularly with my family.Today was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.The way my son and I were spoken to by the 2 people behind the counter was disgraceful!The first person who I believe was the manager needs to learn some customer service skills because the way we were spoken to was disgusting.The second person was just plain rude!.I have no idea why they were like this but I will cancel my membership if they speak to us like this again!

This cinema has the nicest screens in the area, and for big cinema aficionados there is the option of an unlimited card to watch unlimited movies on standard screens.

Nice venue but the cinema is left in a mess when we turned up. No clean up done from the previous film.
