BEWARE IMAX SCREEN 6TRIP HAZARD. As you leave be careful. You're facing the door to leave which would seem natural. The floor drops away down staged steps to your left.I went down like a sack of spuds and my full weight went onto my right knee.There's a white line OK but that's below you out of your peripheral vision.DANGEROUS!!!

A real shame as the screen is exceptional but this cinema in particular has truly abysmal sound. It's oppressively loud, sometimes bordering on dangerously so (we checked with decibel meters on our phones). No regard to proper level management whatsoever, projects a really muddy soundscape. Really ruins the experience. My friends all feel the same and we refuse to go back after giving it a third chance. Hopefully one day they'll hire someone who actually knows a lick about sound rather than just cranking it all up and smothering any semblance of fidelity.

Perfect place close to city centre Birmingham, for a enjoyable movie watch. Sound quality was superb so were seats.

It is SO LOUD I have to bring earplugs and it?s still really loud, never experienced that before and am not particularly noise sensitive. I?m sitting here with noise cancellation AirPods and it?s still rattling me and I?m not seeing an action movie.. dangerously loud levels.

Went here for a concert screening that was 3.5 hours long. I was dreading being squeezed in an uncomfortable cinema seat that long but the seats were sooo comfy, with good leg room, that I didn't notice the time go by. We had a great experience here.
