I?ve tried a few pharmacies in the area since moving here and this one is the best by far. Late openings, parking outside and this week I was concerned about a medication I?ve been prescribed ( remotely by my GP) and the young lady pharmacist was really helpful and gave me loads of advice, and offered further help should I need it. I hope the owner reads this because she really is an asset .

Incorrect medicine given.
Told me they had my medicine in stock, but initially only gave me half of it, promising the rest would come soon. 4 days later they give me what's *supposed* to be the rest of my medicine. I take this medicine abroad with me, but find when I'm there that they have given me the wrong mix. I can't/ don't think it's safe to ingest it, so can't finish my course of antibiotics (and now worry not only about my infection recurring but about becoming resistant to these antibiotics)
I'm not the only one who was disappointed. When I was queuing to collect my medicine initially, I saw several people were being turned away because they were told in error that their medicine was ready to collect. Staff are nice and many are trying their best, but unfortunately I would say its not worth using this chemist if you need to rely on getting your (correct) medicine.

Twice now I've been to this pharmacy and they are closed or closing an hour early, now I need my medication daily and i can go until 8pm they're open till 9pm. Normally FINE to get there for 7.59. but they're giving me no warning but poiing to a sign in the window but help me here (AM I MISSING SOMETHING????) IF I've seen the sign then I have already been. WHOD THE EFFIN SIGN 4 the people who miss you r U trying to pee people off and mainly addicts I know cus I'm addicted to the meds I'm on. Fools idea sorry but point at the sign to someone who hasn't been there. How is a simpleton aloud to control shop even think about it guys and do the sign at least a day B4. Since it changed from Lloyds it's really gone downhill and all the pharmacists are lovely bar this 1 who makes U feel like Ur bothering him
May I remind you that Ur paid extra for my prescription

Like every pharmacy, supplements are better found online for price variety and sometimes quality, for example, flavours of lemsip are limited.
but they are professional kind patient and attentive here.

Talked over, patronised and asked to pay double for a prescription because half was missing despite clerical error. Not the first time this has happened, thankfully it?ll be the last. Incredibly unprofessional and curt. At the very least let your customers speak without making them feel uncomfortable. Let it be known that most front of house staff are a little more professional than the man that I spoke with.

Needed antibiotics quickly when most chemists were shut, this place was open til 10pm on a Friday night, for which I am grateful. Easy to find as all lit up with blue lights. Friendly, helpful staff. Apologetic for only having caplets and not the tablets. Would easily recommend. Excellent service and they had an easily accessible parking space. Accessible for wheelchair too.
