Don't accept an ubereats order if you have no intention of delivering! You waited until the time the order was supposed to be delivered to cancel! Why waste someone's time! I could have ordered from elsewhere!I'd give no stars if it let me!

I had a rose karaoke coffee.I came in waited for five minutes just to order, when I ordered the coffee I then waited another ten minutes. For a coffee, like the tap is right behind them.Was only when another worker seen me waiting their for a while and asked what ya come for. And when told proceeded to make the drink. Eventually made it and then came the drinking.The rose karaoke coffee had literally huge rose petals or something of that nature in the coffee. Whisky that's okay when drink on the go it's very hard and annoying to drink, they need to re think this.Anyways I wasn't overly happy, cos I wanted a quick coffee, had my kids with me waiting and getting cranky, and all because the person who who took my order decided he should sevrcre to or three more people before even considering my order.

I have been to many chaiwala but this one wasn't a pleasant experience. Chai was good but the store looked messy. Food wasn't great. Honestly didn't enjoy it. A cleaning lady saw me feeling uncomfortable and helped to clean the table. Thanks to her if I am not wrong her name is alishad.

The service at this chain is absolutely disgusting.1. The tables were filthy with previous customers rubbish. Even when I sat down, nobody came to remove it. Including the manager who decided to chill out with a bunch of friends at the table next to us. 2. I ordered a kebab roll under the assumption it was meat, realising after as the sticker on the roll itself said chicken, asked if I could have a refund or swap as I don?t eat chicken. The manager as well as the lady behind the counter told me it was my own fault (even though the main menu behind the counter doesn?t specify which meat it?s made from) the roll was unopened and untouched and was given back as soon as it arrived to the table3. From that interaction, the manager threw the roll in the bin and denied me refund/swap with no sense of customer satisfaction or service.I?ve been to many chaiiwalas and I?ve never suffered such a bad experience.4. They could see a woman who?s heavily pregnant who was walking back and forth trying to come to some sort of an understanding but they still didn?t care. All this over £3.85? shocking
