CEX eco friendly!
I love this shopping brand, because is a way to save the planet and reuse, reduce and recycle technology.
Erdington shop is my favourite shop, is not so close to my house but I do not care have a trip to go there, is not a big queque, the staff is really friendly and helpful they always advice you in the best way, and all the time they are polite and kind.
Many stuff available and also good prices as always!
Complete five stars experience CEX Erdington.

I don't live near Erdington but I prefer to take the bus to go to that store, the staff is always friendly and they know how to explain everything.

Appalling and extremely unprofessional service from CEX Erdington today. I took a laptop in and a price of £59 with the member of staff was agreed.. After 3 hours checking the item which was perfectly reasonable I arrived to find she had made an error and the price was £30. I was told she made a mistake. Hardly the service from CEX which I have had no previous issues. I would urge anyone going into this branch to get a member of management to confirm pricing. My trust in this business has gone.
