Would give them a 0 if I could. Absolute shocking service today. Was told a TV I bought was in fine working condition. Finally got it home to find the volume didn't work. Took it back to shop and they refunded me which is fair enough but with no apology or anything. The shop itself is disgusting with a bunch of crack heads...

I received a watch purchased on line that wasn't in the described condition, the photos didn't show the scratches either, phoned the shop as soon as the watch arrived and agreed to return it for a full refund, however they haven't refunded the return postage costs as they are inferring that i scratched it which is not...
