Been using this place for 12 years never had a problem. Till last week and we found a glove ? in our food absolutely ?. I went down the next day and they blatantly denied it. No apology nothing. Need to brush up on customer service!!!!! Let alone food hygiene

I?m not happy I have been a regular for years! I have just had a Singapore vermicelli delivered and it didn?t taste right and couldn?t eat it. ! I have at least 2 a week so I called them about it and they dismissed it! Yes I ordered off just eat but I said I would take it back and would like a replacement, she was rude and didn?t listen to what I was saying. They could If easily replaced it but chose not to, I have now binned it and am very disappointed, shocking service knowing I have ordered from them for yearsI ordered again today 14th may 24 and was very dissatisfied again!!! I wanted extra egg and spring onion and I was told to buy a can of coke to cover the extra which I did. When it came there was no extra or spring onion as requested so I called them!!!! Again!!? To be told by the lady owner that she had cut the spring onion into very small pieces lol and my can of coke hadn?t covered for enough egg, there was none in it!!!! Neither spring onion!!!! She then said I should have explained that I wanted big pieces of egg and I would need to pay more in future as eggs are expensive!!!! Fact of the matter I paid the extra and did what I was told to do. I?m disappointed every time I order, they have no loyalties to regular customers and dismiss what you ask for, be very wary when ordering as I?m not a moaner normally

Food always was lovely in the past but it has a 1 star for food hygiene rating now, so disappointed as don?t feel safe to eat from here anymore until they improve the hygiene.Dietary restrictions: 1* star for food hygiene so I would say not good

So I?m currently suffering with FOOD POISONING from here last night?.I will be asking for a refund and now I?m not well enough to look after my children or go to work I am so angry ? I only ordered from here because my regular Chinese was closed and will NEVER order from here EVER AGAIN!!! Should be ashamed yourselves putting people at risk with your dutty food
